Identify the HVAC module
Provide the vehicle or equipment identification and reference part number. A photograph alone cannot confirm interchangeability. The module drawing is the most useful starting point.
Check mechanical fit
Confirm the envelope, mounting, port geometry and mating interfaces. Include tolerances and any installation restrictions. Parallel-flow and laminated references should remain distinct.
Check the operating requirements
State refrigerant, cooling duty, airflow and relevant air conditions. Include condensate drainage and the inspection or qualification requirements.
Confirm the selected part
Request the actual drawing, performance conditions and supply scope. Agree sample review before ordering a new or uncertain application. Keep the reference part and quotation revision linked in your purchasing records.
